On Wednesday, Woodbridge High School’s Brooke ten Bosch signed a NCAA Division 1 national letter of intent to play women’s soccer with Cal Poly University, San Luis Obispo. For the Warriors, Brooke was a three-sport varsity letter winner and standout performer in soccer, cross country, and track and field.
Brooke is also just as successful in the classroom with a 4.1 GPA.
Joining Brooke for the signing are Woodbridge coaches and administrators including Girls Soccer Head Coach Tim Woodcock (seated) and, standing from left to right, cross country coach Mike Antrim, Head Track and Field Coach Eric Wu, soccer coach Joel Ganey, Boys Soccer Head Coach Sean Ganey, Head Cross Country Coach George Varvas, track coach Steve Ochsner, and Assistant Principal Christopher Krebs.
Brooke is the daughter of Rich and Denise ten Bosch of Irvine. Both Brooke’s father, Rich, and her older sister, Janelle (Loudat) Wood, also previously played soccer for theCal Poly Mustangs. Her older brother, Bryan, is a track athlete at Cal State University San Marcos. Brooke also has a younger brother who is a junior standout on the Boys Soccer team at Woodbridge.
